Fairtex Strength & Condition Class

Fairtext Muay ThaiFairtex Bangplee now offers the same Strength and Conditioning Class that has shaped Fairtex USA‟s world class Muaythai and MMA Program. Three times a week, fly-in, students and local members can experience this challenging class!

This class focuses on MMA and Muaythai specific resistance training, flexibility and core training for the abdominals, oblique and lower back. Training also includes SAQ (Speed, Agility and Quickness) drills, footwork, balance, hands-eyes coordination, and plyometrics. Classes are held in the MMA/BJJ room on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30pm.

Class is 45 minutes long which includes a warm-up session, instructions, 2 rounds of circuits and more!

All fitness levels are welcome!
