Fairtex Bangplee would like to invite everyone out to an Open Training Night at our new facility Friday Jan 28, 2011. This will be a great chance to bring the Thailand BJJ/MMA community together for some cross training amongst schools/players and to discuss upcoming events. We hope this to be the first of many of these gatherings to promote BJJ/MMA in Thailand.

We will also have several raffles for Fairtex Gear!

Two of Fairtex Bangplee’s resident fighters Sagmorakat Fairtex, and Jan Jao Fairtex put together an impressive year. Let’s start off with Jan Jao. Jan Jao at only 15 years of age had a very busy 2010 with seven appearances at Lumpinee Stadium and winning all of them. He also fought at Rajadamnern Stadium picking up a draw, and fought on Thai Television at Omnoi stadium collecting a victory. Those are just the Bangkok stadium where he fought! Jan Jao also picked up the Eastern Thailand 40KG Title in Sriracha, Thailand and several victories at Fairtex Thepprasit Stadium in Pattaya. Sangmorakat also had a very strong year winning five out of his seven appearances at Lumpinee Stadium for 2010. He also appeared at Fairtex Thepprasit Stadium over six times and only losing once.
2011 looks to be another great year these two and has already gotten off to a right start. Tues Jan 4, 2011 Sangmorakat was called upon as a last minute replacement at a heavier weight and won on points convincingly. 2010
