Fairtex Student Frederik Buslot Wins Belgium Title
Frederik Buslot recently trained at Bangplee with his long time trainer Lunfah (Dao) in preparation for the 86kg Belgian Championship. Congrats on Capturing the Belgium 86 kg Title by 2 Round TKO!

New Fairtex Thailand Camp Grappling Area
The Fairtex Muaythai Fitness camp in Bangplee, Thailand is proud to announce the Grand Opening of the new grappling area. This remodeled grappling facility is located in the center of the Fairtex training camp, adjacent to the outdoor Muaythai rings. Now everyone training in Thailand has the option to work on their ground game, as well as their stand up. Fairtex Strength & Condition Class
Fairtex Bangplee now offers the same Strength and Conditioning Class that has shaped Fairtex USA‟s world class Muaythai and MMA Program. Three times a week, fly-in, students and local members can experience this challenging class!
This class focuses on MMA and Muaythai specific resistance training, flexibility and core training for the abdominals, oblique and lower back. Training also includes SAQ (Speed, Agility and Quickness) drills, footwork, balance, hands-eyes coordination, and plyometrics. Classes are held in the MMA/BJJ room on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30pm.
Class is 45 minutes long which includes a warm-up session, instructions, 2 rounds of circuits and more!
Michael Corley fights at Lumpinee
My name is Michael Chase Corley from Spring, TX. I have been in the combative sport scene in Houston since about 2003. After years of competing all over the world I realized that if I wanted to be at the top of the Muay Thai game, I needed to take my training to the next level. That next level has landed me in Bangplee, Thailand, where I work and train at Fairtex Muay Thai Fitness Bangplee.
